The Business Ethics Policy Baaz Security Services’s approach to business is based upon a core set of values known as the Baaz Security services Values. Our values set out below reflect the standards we set for ourselves and the unique role Baaz security services has in safeguarding people, property and assets across the world. They help us to attract and retain employees, to win and keep our customers and to obtain appropriate long-term investment in the group – all of which contribute to achieving our goal of delivering sustainable profitable growth. Whilst the Baaz security services Values guide our everyday actions, this Business Ethics Policy provides a more detailed explanation of our standards of operation to help managers and employees make the right decisions in more challenging or ambiguous circumstances.
The Policy also sets out the expectations of our customers and stakeholders. It is essential that the ethical business standards set out in this policy are applied in all Baaz security businesses. Our senior managers are therefore required to show their personal commitment by regularly endorsing this policy and confirming compliance within their own areas of responsibility. All Baaz security senior managers are also required to ensure this policy is communicated annually to all managers. We are committed to these standards and routinely monitor compliance across the organisation, taking necessary action in the unlikely event that they are not being met. The standards reflect the values which define us as an organization and we will continuously review these standards to ensure they remain appropriate.
Demonstrating and living up to these values by adhering to the standards set out in the policy and code is the responsibility of every employee across the organisation. The Business Ethics Policy also refers to Speak Out, our global whistle blowing hotline and web service which allows employees across the group to report serious issues which they are concerned about or instances of potential breaches of this policy. Where your concerns about compliance with our Business Ethics Policy are not being or cannot be addressed through your line manager, please do use Speak Out to raise these concerns.
